At Living It Up Salon, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home salon furniture. If your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Item
Ensure the furniture is disassembled and placed back in its original packaging, including all hardware, manuals, and protective padding.
Schedule the Pickup
For large salon equipment, we will help you coordinate a specialized freight pickup, or you may drop off smaller parcels at a designated carrier location.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items for damage, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
